Returns and refunds
 

With the exception of commissions all paintings are covered by a 7 day returns policy.

I are sure you will be delighted with your purchase however, in accordance with distance selling regulations you have the right to cancel your order within seven days of receipt of the goods.

If, for any reason, you are unhappy with your purchase when you receive it, you will get a full refund when returning the artwork in the same original condition it was sent. Please note that postage and packing costs will not be refunded and all postage and packing costs associated with the return are the responsibility of the customer.

All original paintings must be returned by royal mail either by recorded or special delivery with adequate insurance. I will not be held responsible for any paintings lost of damaged in the post sent without adequate insurance. Unfortunately it may not be possible to offer a refund or replacement if paintings are lost or damaged during return postage.


 

If an Artwork is Lost or Damaged During Delivery.

I will confirm your painting has been dispatched and give you a delivery estimate. If you do not receive delivery/attempted delivery within the specified time frame please let me know. I will do all I can to help find the parcel. If the parcel is lost I will make and complete a claim with the postal service and forward you the refund once the claim has been completed. It may also be possible to offer you a replacement painting (although it will not be exactly the same as the original!).

I pack my paintings in really strong envelopes and have not yet had one arrive creased. However if the artwork arrives damaged please retain the original packing and contents or the postal system may not consider a claim. Please contact me on the day you receive the parcel and I will action a claim.
