What quality of materials do you use?

All paintings are created with the high quality artists materials. All paintings are painted on thick 140lb watercolour paper and all pigments and paints used are artists grade.

How will paintings be posted?

Your painting will be carefully wrapped and posted as soon as possible after payment is confirmed. All paintings are packaged flat and I have not had one damaged yet. Where possible I use materials recycled from packaging I have received.

You will receive an email to let you know that your painting has been dispatched. Paintings can be sent via recorded/special delivery if you request this during checkout and payment. Proof of posting is always obtained.

For international delivery all artwork will be sent via international recorded airmail delivery with adequate insurance. 
 

How long will it take to receive my painting?

Your painting will be dispatched as soon as possible after payment is received but (UK destinations) please allow up to 10 business days after your painting has been dispatched for your painting to arrive  (royal mail can sometimes be very slow and an item is not classed as lost until at least 15 working days after it should be delivered!!).

Do you have a return policy?

I am sure you will be 100% delighted with your painting. All paintings are covered by our 7 day returns policy. Please see the 'delivery and returns' page for more details on the returns policy.
 

Do you take international orders?

Yes, paintings can be shipped to most destinations worldwide.
