Conditions
Please make sure
you check the size of the painting before you bid. Most of the
paintings sold by claires-gallery.com are small watercolours on
paper. Some are tiny (just 2 x 2 inches). The sizes are clearly
stated in each auction description.
Please note that computer monitors can show colours differently
depending upon individual software and hardware settings. All
photos of the art have been taken with a digital camera in
daylight and not enhanced in any way except for cropping,
however colours on the actual painting may appear slightly
different due to individual monitor and software settings. If
you have any questions about colours in the paintings please ask
any questions before buying.
All artwork and the design, text and content of this website
remains copyright to the artist and may not be reproduced in any
manner with out the express written permission of the artist.
If you are buying
more than one painting, they can be sent together and only one
postage charge will apply so for all other paintings paid for at
the same time postage is FREE.
Delivery
The paintings will
be posted unframed in a sturdy board envelope and carefully
packaged to protect from the weather and creases. All paintings
are packaged flat and I have not had one damaged yet.
Your painting will
be wrapped and posted as soon as possible after payment is
confirmed. You will receive an email to let you know that
your painting has been dispatched. Paintings can be sent via
recorded/special delivery if you request this during checkout
and payment. Proof of posting is always obtained. For
international delivery all artwork will be sent via
international recorded airmail delivery with adequate insurance.
Please allow up to 10 business days after your painting has been
dispatched for UK destinations (royal mail can sometimes be very
slow and an item is not classed as lost until at least 15
working days after it should be delivered!). For the rest of the
world you will be advised on a delivery estimate after you have
purchased the painting or you can contact me at artist@claires-gallery.co.uk
